What better way to teach the children of Wilmington about the Rich African American Heritage of Wilmington, NC other than with a Wilmington Historical Coloring book.  Support The Port with the help of (Cedric Harrison, Dr. Janna Robertson, Ms. Elizabeth Felts, Ms. Tonia McKoy and Students involved in the project were: Nissa Amaro, Mady Banat, Jamie Beatty, Iyanna Bryant, Aaliyah Cisneros, Isaiah Corbett, Denaya Dykes, Zyquaisha Fogal, Kywuan Hands, Gianna Hansley, Madison Holloway, Trey'von Hooper, Kyheem James, Via Jennings, Keirah Kelly, Ashari Maultsby, Seth McKeever, Larry Richardson, Shameka Richardson, Ayanna Simpson, Taye THompson & Zierre White.), produce this coloring book filled with Wilmington’s African American monumental landmarks and people.  Readers will be able to have fun coloring in pictures, while also learning the rich African American history of  Wilmington, NC.
